As Olio volunteers, we need to follow the same food safety rules as the shops. Any USE BY dated items MUST be collected by midnight of the Use By date. Please do not ask to collect food the following day. Any BEST BEFORE items are fine for collection the next day. PLEASE CHECK AS ALL VOLUNTEERS WILL STATE USE BY OR BEST BEFORE AND THIS WILL TELL YOU WHETHER YOU CAN COLLECT THE FOLLOWING DAY OR NOT.
