These are SCOBY for making DIY kombucha. They dont look very nice because they have holes or an irregular shape because of the way they ‘sat’ in their storage vessel however they will still produce a good batch of kombucha. Just add sweet tea and a bottle of raw kombucha which you can readily find in the supermarkets. Pickup from cairnhill.
