One pre-fed portion available every week. All you need to maintain the starter is a little commitment, some flour and water.
Starter will be provided in a container but it would be highly appreciated if you could provide a clean plastic/glass container (at least 125ml capacity with a wide neck) for the next interested person.
Happy to share advice on how to maintain starter and feed before baking.
