I made lots yesterday and would love to share. They are wholemeal & polenta muffins with sweet peppers, leeks and olives in them, very mildly spicy. Kind of tex-mex inspired. I’d appreciate a donation to Casserole Club if you can spare anything at all. Otherwise happy to give away for free!
