This packet has been opened because I tried a couple but they weren’t what I was imagining (its basically the same as pumpkin seeds but I wanted more like sunflower seeds)… so the packet is pretty much full I only ate about 3 so it should still be 150g. These are very good for you. Noone else in my house eats seeds so hopefully they wont be wasted if I put an advert here.
