I can pick some lettuce from our garden on the morning that you can come and get it, so it’ll be super fresh. We have both the standard lettuce in the picture and mixed lettuce which has a few different varieties. I put the produce in a bag with your name on, outside our front door for contactless pick up. No use by date as such, it tends to stay fresh for up to a week from day of pick up, if stored in the fridge.
