TUNA NICOISE SALAD A classic salad made with a generous portion of pole & line caught tuna and sliced free-range egg. We add sweet baby plum tomatoes and a scattering of Kalamata olives. Served with freshly sliced cucumber, red onion, French dressing and a wedge of lemon on a bed of bouncy, fresh salad leaves.

BANG BANG CHICKEN SALAD Chargrilled British chicken in a roasted sesame sauce served with a crunchy carrot & mooli slaw, pickled carrot & cabbage salad and edamame soya beans. Finished with sesame seeds, a sprinkling of chopped mint and our zingy green dressing.
