Made using coconut flour and carrot juice pulp. One has sunflower seeds in it. I made far too much, using up the juice pulp! They’re not very sweet at all. Would be good with custard. One has a sponge cake-like texture, one is more gelatenous as it’s set with agar. Both have flax seeds in them.
