Snack bars out of date but should still be ok (even when in date they have a semi-soft texture), apples are Granny Smiths but super sour, would be great in an apple pie (I am crap at baking), yoghurts out of date (10th June) but will will be fine and very ripe bananas would make a small banana bread.
