Empty, rinsed and dried baby food pouches, like the ones from Ella, Hipp Organic or Piccollo. They can’t be recycled through your local council recycling scheme (boo!) but Terracycle have a recycle program for these specific items.
Bonus is that they’ll donate a small amount to charity. We’re raising money for research into Nonketotic Hyperglycinemia, a rare and terminal children’s disorder. If you’re interested you can follow our story on Instagram at @teammikaere.
What would be better would be if you donated your empty, rinsed baby food pouches to be recycled. Good for you, good for us, good for landfills.
