From a lovely artisan bakery, Bread By Bike, this was made today. It is their semi-sourdough baguette. Their sourdough starter combined with a poolish mixture gives a delicate flavour while beautiful French flour produces a soft inside and crunchy crust.
You can collect between 9 and 11 tonight or possibly tomorrow, but priority will be given to people who can pop round today. Please bring your own bag or container – thanks.
