From a lovely artisan bakery, Bread By Bike, this was handmade yesterday. It is their sourdough rye, bursting with flavour and weighing 900g per loaf. They use one third organic wheat flour, fermented for 48 hours, plus pumpkin and sunflower seeds to unlock a wonderfully rounded taste.
You can collect between 9 and 11 tonight or possibly tomorrow but priority will be given to people who can pop round today. Please bring your own bag or container – thanks.
