I make Taiwanese lunches from my home kitchen for office deliveries. I have a spare Fried Pork Loin bento box extra. It’s served with a minced pork sauce, blanched cabbage, blanched bell peppers, pickled mustard green, pickled radish and 1/2 a tea marinated egg. It was made this morning and it is good until tomorrow (when put in fridge). Fresh one goes for £6.50 a box, I’m selling it for £4.50 as it’s been a few hours. Can be reheated in the microwave with the lid off and it is for one person.
