I have 2 jars of homemade sauerkraut. The one on the left is red cabbage with ginger and cranberries and the one on the right is red cabbage with dill. All the people I have given these to love them, they are just not my favourite flavour combinations. I prefer white kraut or kimchi. There is no use by date that I can add to them, they are preserved for a fair few months by act of fermentation. The only thing is I need the jars for my kimchi, so the person who collects will have to bring their own jars. Happy for person to collect on or both jars. I have other things on offer too!
