Shoe storage bench with 8 cubbies for shoes. It does have a few marks but a lick of paint will solve that.
The 2nd picture is the back which we never used. It can be pinned onto the back if you wish.
The 3rd picture is the foam seat that goes on top of the bench. It is stained but does zip off to be washed/dyed/or replaced.
