So long shot but I will try… This bag was almost new when a puppy chew on the lid/top zipper part and basically bit the corner of the zipper lid off. Also one of the short handles is chewed on. I feel really bad throwing it away because the quality of the bag is as new, fabric is still really strong and with no scratches and the bottom is in perfect shape. If there is someone out there who can fix the lid, it can be a great bag again. I am not skilled this way and it just stays in the back of my closet…
