Sports brand Adidas have paired with environmental initiative Parley for the Oceans, to create trainers made from ocean plastic waste retrieved off the coast of Africa. The shoe is made from two types of recycled plastic – PET, which is used most commonly for water bottles and nylon from old fishing nets.
